Have kids or teens ages 7-17 who you'd like to get into a physical activity program that also teaches life skills? This trial class gives your kids a chance to try the program and if they want to continue! Fees for this seminar will be credited towards registration for the full session!

Children 7 years or older are permitted to attend, and their waiver must be signed by a legal guardian. Parents are permitted to watch the class. CLEAN indoor shoes must be worn.
